Meghan Hannon, CRPS®, CPFA® joined Boulay Financial Advisors, LLC in 2020 and currently leads the Retirement Plan Advice team. With over 15 years of experience advising corporate clients on their employer-sponsored retirement plans, Meghan brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.

Meghan specializes in the small to mid-market space, serving plans with $1 million to $100 million in total assets. She has a deep understanding of the intricate challenges Plan Fiduciaries encounter when designing retirement plans to meet the diverse needs of a growing organization. Her expertise lies in crafting customized retirement plans that align with her clients’ objectives of attracting, rewarding, and retaining top talent. 

As part of her comprehensive range of services, Meghan drafts and maintains Investment Policy Statements for her clients, ensuring Plan Sponsor Investment Committees have a clear roadmap for their investment decisions. She diligently monitors and evaluates the performance of investment line-ups through quarterly investment reviews and scorecards, providing clients with the data necessary to make informed decisions. Meghan also conducts plan review meetings where she offers strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of retirement plans.

In her capacity as a trusted fiduciary, Meghan provides ongoing support and consulting, ensuring that Plan Sponsors fulfill their fiduciary obligations while navigating complex regulatory landscapes. She excels in developing and delivering Employee Engagement Strategies, fostering a culture of financial wellness and empowering employees to make wise decisions for a secure retirement.
