Clearly, these past several weeks have generated concerns on how to respond and manage the ongoing developments related to coronavirus (COVID-19). I wanted to connect with you and share Boulay's plan and ease any concerns you may have.
Our focus continues to be the health and safety of our Boulay team, families, clients and the communities where we work and live. With this in mind, we are committed to the same high quality and timely service you have always experienced with Boulay. As a result, we have implemented a Readiness and Response plan for this unique situation which includes:
Monitoring Updates: Our team is monitoring the situation daily and following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities such as the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH).
Business Continuity: In the event Boulay offices in Eden Prairie, Minneapolis, or Naples should close for a period, we have a business continuity plan in place to serve our clients. With an operational infrastructure to work virtually, most Boulay team members can work remotely should the need arise. Our goal is to ensure key functions of our business operate seamlessly so essential services continue uninterrupted.
As we navigate this time, we continue to develop, update and share guidance with our team members so they are fully informed of how to safeguard themselves, their families and clients against spreading of the virus.
