Boulay recently hired Charles “Chuck” White as the new Director of Employee Benefits & Retirement Plan Services. He joins Boulay’s Employee Benefits Department and brings with him 13 years of experience in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) administration and consulting.
Chuck’s extensive ESOP experience includes consulting, participant eligibility, distribution eligibility, reconciliations, compliance, allocations, participant statements, government filings, and IRS/DOL notices and audits. He is also experienced and knowledgeable in 401(k) investment and administration services. As a team leader, he has been responsible for onboarding new hires, training and development, mentoring, continuing education, and review. Chuck has also previously led operational improvement and development and implementation of best practices.
Chuck is a Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) through the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and he has a bachelor’s degree in management from Purdue University. He also attends National Center for Employee Ownership and ESOP Association conferences.
In his free time, Chuck enjoys golfing, fishing, playing guitar, and playing with his daughter.
