Daniel J. Korsman

Dan joined Boulay in 2017 and leads the firm’s transaction advisory department, providing valuation and financial advisory services. He assists business owners in transitioning their interests in a strategic manner, identifying both legal issues and tax opportunities, and providing key information to business owners and their trusted advisors. Dan develops valuation and financial models for a variety of purposes, including the purchase or sale of a business, recapitalizing a business, structuring a buy-sell agreement, making gifts, issuing equity compensation, or testing the fairness of a proposed action. Dan has performed and reviewed hundreds of valuations in a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Boulay, he worked in the valuation and financial advisory groups of national and regional CPA firms.
