Scott joined Boulay in 2003, became a partner in 2008, and now leads the firm’s Accounting Advisory department. He focuses on providing accounting, consulting and tax services to closely held companies. Scott also assists private equity groups and corporate acquirers during investment decisions and post-acquisition integrations by providing support on the structure and negotiation of letters of intent and purchase agreements, performing due diligence procedures, and determining post-closing net working capital adjustments. He recommends solutions to improve operations, business performance and financial statement reporting, and he prepares projected balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements. Scott also assists clients with business ownership transitions.

In his free time, Scott enjoys biking, playing basketball and coaching youth sports.
