Serving as trusted advisors for small- to mid-sized businesses, our Accounting Advisory group helps business owners with everyday accounting needs, financial reporting, compliance, and other complex technical accounting matters.
AUDIT
Work on high-quality audits and reviews of financial statements through all stages of an engagement, including planning and fieldwork, while working in a variety of industries with publicly traded and privately owned clients. Serve as a trusted advisor for clients while collaborating on the impact of the latest accounting standards, as well as a resource and mentor for other audit team members.. 
ESTATE & TRUST
Work with clients in administration of estates and trusts, including analysis of related documents, preparation and review of tax returns, and fiduciary accounting. Consult with clients on how to minimize estate and gift taxes on their overall estate plan, while meeting their charitable and financial goals.
INTERNAL CLIENT SERVICES
Our internal client services teams include Human Resources, Marketing, Information Technology, Learning & Development, Internal Accounting and Office Administration. These departments help grow and advance our firm and offer systems, programs and tools that support the work for our clients.
PRIVATE CLIENT SERVICES
Our Private Client Services team focuses on individual, estate/trust and closely held business clients. Work with this group to provide clients with tax compliance and consulting services to minimize tax and maximize growth.
RETIREMENT PLAN ADMINISTRATION
Our RPA team provides qualified plan consulting and administration services to ensure our clients’ retirement plans are compliant with the IRS and DOL. Assist clients in developing and analyzing competitive benefit programs (ESOP and 401(k) plans).
RISK ADVISORY
Help clients enhance their information security and risk management posture through independent assessments such as SOC 1 / SOC 2 examinations and ISO 27001 audits.
TAX
Our tax team proactively services individuals and businesses to help clients minimize taxes and maximize growth. With ongoing continuing education, you’ll stay current on tax legislation to identify strategic tax planning opportunities for clients.
TRANSACTION ADVISORY
Whether a client is selling, buying, or looking to understand the value of their business, our transaction advisors offer support by providing valuation, due diligence, and transaction consulting expertise—helping clients ensure they have the right information to make informed decisions.
WEALTH MANAGEMENT
Boulay Financial Advisors provide clients with holistic and integrated tax, estate, investment and wealth advice to simplify the financial complexities life. Work with a team of about 40 who serve successful entrepreneurs, individuals, families, and business owners to create customizable and dynamic plans to help reach their clients’ financial and personal goals.
