Learning and Development Director

Dana rejoined Boulay in 2012 and has over 20 years of public and private accounting experience. She originally joined Boulay’s Audit department in 1999, before moving on to spend several years in industry in 2004. Dana returned to Boulay in 2012, in a new role that utilized her past audit and accounting experience in a new light through Learning and Development (L&D). The L&D department focuses on the professional growth of Boulay team members and operational effectiveness of the firm through practice area technology solutions, process development, procedural resources, customized learning plans and training offerings. As the Learning and Development Director, Dana is responsible for devising and implementing strategic initiatives in these areas in collaboration with L&D team members, Information Technology, Office Administration, Human Resources, Partners, and others across the firm.
