Elizabeth joined Boulay in 2007. With more than 20 years of experience, she is responsible for setting the firm’s Human Resource (HR) vision and strategy, while leading Boulay’s collaborative, dynamic and forward-thinking HR department. Elizabeth coordinates and manages the overall efforts of the HR department, including policies, programs and services for the entire firm, while assisting and advising company leaders on various HR issues. She is committed to providing Boulay team members with the resources and opportunities they need to learn and grow, thus investing in their success and creating a respectful, engaging, collaborative and appreciative work environment. Prior to joining Boulay, Elizabeth worked in a variety of industries, leading HR teams for large corporate organizations, as well as smaller, start-up HR departments.
