Mark Danelich

Mark joined Boulay in 2023 as an audit manager. He specializes in providing audit and accounting services to privately held clients in a variety of industries, including construction, real estate and manufacturing. Mark plans, organizes, and conducts client audit, review and compilation engagements. He prepares and reviews financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other special purpose frameworks of accounting. He also communicates results of attestation services through management communications during an engagement. Mark has over seven years of professional accounting experience prior to joining Boulay, including five years at a large international public accounting firm and two within the construction industry.
