Chief Administrative Officer
Shelly joined Boulay in 1989 and has served as the Chief Administrative Officer since 2021. With over 30 years of experience, she is responsible for managing the firm’s daily operations, collaborating on culture development, helping create policy, initiative implementation, and leading the Office Administration team. She also leads the planning for office buildouts and firm events, while managing all Boulay office spaces and travel. Shelly is committed to providing Boulay team members with the guidance, resources and opportunities they need to learn and grow, thus investing in their success and creating a positive and productive work environment.
