One key initiative at Boulay is to provide our team members with a comprehensive understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles. With that essential knowledge, we also equip everyone with a common language to utilize when discussing these topics at our firm. With both required and optional ongoing education for all team members, we aim to educate on and address the unique needs and desires of our workforce.
Inclusive Culture
Creating and maintaining a true sense of belonging for all team members is vital to our firm culture. We seek to celebrate our differences, support and elevate typically underrepresented groups, and empower everyone to be their authentic selves. Through allyship training, ongoing observances and events, diversity among our team, clients and vendors, community engagement, and ongoing assessments, we strive to ensure Boulay embodies a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
Gender Equity
Through Boulay’s initial DEI assessments, we identified gender equity as a specific area for improvement at our firm, especially among our leadership. By offering equitable professional development, awareness and education on treating all genders equally, and developing policies and practices that empower women, our goal is to increase gender diversity among all levels and departments at our firm. WINGS, our women-focused ERG at Boulay, provides additional resources to not only women, but to all team members seeking to be actionable allies for women.

Boulay’s inaugural Employee Resource Group, Women’s Inclusion Network Group for Success (WINGS), aims to empower women to thrive in the workplace and foster a culture of allyship that promotes gender equity for all colleagues at Boulay. WINGS was founded in the belief that by creating a supportive forum, providing resources and tools to address challenges, and embracing the strengths of diversity, we can build a more inclusive and better Boulay together. WINGS is not just for women; it is for everyone at Boulay who wants to contribute to creating a more inclusive environment.
